Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation

Physiotherapy following surgery plays an important role in regaining optimal function. Physiotherapy includes regaining the full range of motion of the affected joints, improving muscle strength and stability, and, over time, improving your endurance. We will also guide you on the process of returning to activities like work and sports.

Neck Back Icon

Neck and back problems

Back or neck injuries or pain are caused by damage to the muscles, nerves, ligaments, and joints. In the neck, this can even result in chronic headaches. If left untreated, this may result in severe dysfunction and disability. Using our clinical reasoning skills, we are able to get to the root cause of the pain and dysfunction.
