We accept cash and medical aid payments. Please note it is your responsibility to know your medical aid benefits and if you have funds or not. if your funds have run out, you will be responsible to settle your account in cash. please note the following before you book for consultation:

We accept cash/card payments. payments must be made directly after your physiotherapy consultation. Invoices are available on request.
Medical Aids:
We accept most medical aid. You will be charged at medical aid rate tariffs with no co-payments (subject to your benefit and availability of funds)

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a treatment session?
Your initial consultation and treatment can take 80 minutes long, depending on the complexity of your condition or injury. Thereafter, follow-up sessions can range from 45-60 minutes. All new patients should arrive at least 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out a medical record form.
